Emotional Alchemy Coaching
I combine multiple modalities & intuitive guidance to balance the mind-body connection while working with my clients to uncover what hides deep within the shadows. I believe that each of us is unique in our own rite. We do not fit into any box and therefore no session is the same as the next. These sessions could incorporate meditation journey work, energy healing, card pulls, bone readings, burning and cleansing ceremonies, forest bathing, womb healing, breathwork and more. Flower Essences
Flower therapy, or essence therapy, is a form of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). It's based on the idea that flowers have a healing vibrational energy. The practice uses flower essences, which are liquids infused with a flower's energy. They're also called flower remedies.
Soul Touch Therapy
Soul Touch Therapy is a somatic practice of mixed modalities such as Touch Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, Myofascial Release, Energy Healing and Breathwork. and YES, I play with your hair!

Crystal Sound Bowls
The frequencies of the crystal sound bowls have been known to calm the body and mind as well as reduce stress, anxiety, tension and fatigue, reduce blood pressure, improve your sleep and allow the body to enter into homeostasis. Energy Photography
My photography: I offer art for those that want something spiritual. I am not your average Boudoir Photographer as I do not offer hair, makeup or major retouching. These are not stagnant poses but finding beauty in movement. A laugh, a twirl, a tease… I prefer to honor the raw you, the sensual you. My focus is on acceptance of you, your spirit and divinity. Full embodiment! I offer photos that ignite the fire that is within you. I prefer to work in nature as we connect with our most primal selves.
