Enjoy the beauty of Wymer Lake as we flow through a blissful practice together. This class is intuitively taught and is based on the needs of the collective energy.

This class is outdoors so dress in layers and appropriate to the weather conditions.

You are welcome to bring anything you may need to assist with the body as well as any blankets or pillows to allow for deeper relation during savasana.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow Yoga is a wonderful way of doing yoga postures with deliberation and calm. The pace of a flow class is meditative and focuses on peace and serenity in the mind and your body awareness. Poses are held longer, breathing very intentional, and transitions flow.

Slow Flow’s goal is to be meditative and calm while still working on improving strength and flexibility, making this a great practice for beginners and experienced students.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic and flowing style of hatha yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow. Vinyasa yoga is all about movement and the flow of energy as you sync the body and the mind together through motion and breath. One breath, one movement.

Whether a beginner or experienced yogi, I always encourage my students to do what feels good for them. I keep it simple and accessible for everyBODY!

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions. This allows for deeper stretch, relaxation, meditation. This class includes more warm up type poses and is very low impact. We barely leave the floor.

Gentle yoga is perfect for beginners, all bodies from new to experienced who just need a minute to slow down, breathe and feel supported and nourished. This class ends with a guided meditation and essential oils applied with light touch.

You are welcome to bring anything you may need to assist with the body as well as any blankets or pillows to allow for deeper relation during savasana.
